Complimentary returns within 30 days
THE GIFTED accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be returned in pristine condition, unworn and unaltered, with all labels, cards and components attached. Personalized creations and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Complimentary standard delivery
Once your order has been prepared in our atelier and entrusted to our carrier, delivery time is estimated according to your destination. The Gifted offers:
- Standard shipping (1–5 business days, depending on location): complimentary for all orders (USA only).
- Express delivery (overnight on business days): complimentary for orders above $1,000 (USA only).
IMPORTANT: These services apply to pieces that are not offered as pre-orders or created with extended lead times. Items with specific delivery windows longer than 3 weeks will display this information on the product page and again at checkout. The estimated delivery date, including preparation and shipping, is confirmed during checkout.
